3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

Participants retain ownership of their original work. By participating, you grant the competition organizers a non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and showcase submitted work.

3.2 Third-Party Content

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any third-party libraries, frameworks, or content in their submissions.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other participants
  • Manipulate or interfere with the competition process
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

5. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Notifying administrators immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and current information

6. Platform Usage

6.1 Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

6.2 Modifications

  • Failure to meet competition requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, work, or opportunities
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Platform (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the competition organizers, administrators, and evaluators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
